Gray Skies Clearing Up So The Weekender Puts On A Happy Face
Sartell Summerfest is kicking off the town festival season this weekend, the Rox are in full swing, and of course, blues legend Buddy Guy is at The Ledge. There are a ton of other fun activities taking place too. It looks like the stormy weather is clearing off in time for some fun in the sun so put on your happy face and get out and about. JoeTown Blocks
St. JosephBeing billed as the ultimate community celebration JoeTown Blocks is a local block party not to be confused with JoeTown Rocks. JoeTown Blocks will feature local musicians homegrown foods, a car show, as well as games and activities for the kids. If that is not enough there is also a local celebrity dunk tank and a kids Power Wheels derby. Free to attend, in downtown St. Joseph.

Music in the Gardens
St. CloudBring your blanket or camping chair and sit outside among the picturesque surroundings of Munsigner Gardens for the 25th year of Music in the Gardens. 2024 kicks off with Dennis Warner and the D’s. Dennis Warner is a folk musician who has released 11 albums, played in all 50 states, and performed at the Kennedy Center in Washington D.C. The Munsinger Clemens Botanical Society will be selling $2 root beer floats as well. The event is FREE to attend.

Monster X Tour
Sauk RapidsCheck out the nation’s top Monster Trucks as they roar into the Granite City Motor Park this weekend for three big shows. Witness the metal giants compete in racing, wheelie contests, and then freestyle action. The cost is $15 for children, $36 for Adults and $26 for military members.

Bike Rodeo
SantiagoSand Dunes of A B A T E of Minnesota presents the 3rd annual bike rodeo. This family-friendly event features bike and non-bike games, a bike show, music, vendors, and more. Free for spectators to attend. The event is at Bailey Ray's Roadhouse in Santiago.

10 Minute Play Festival
White Bear LakeTheatre fans can head down to the Twin Cities to check out the final weekend of the 20th Annual 10-minute Play festival at the Hanifl Performing Arts Center in White Bear Lake. You will get to enjoy 10 never-before-seen plays from around the world all about ten minutes long and then vote for your favorite at the end. The cost is $25 to $35 to attend.
