If you are a coffee lover like I am, you probably have people tell you all the time that you shouldn't drink so much coffee, blah, blah, blah.

I I say coffee, i mean good ol' black coffee, no creme, no sugar and no frilly crap you pay $5 to $8 a cup for, just coffee the way nature intended it. Taste the bean!

The British Heart Foundation ran a study on 8412 participants. They divided them up into 3 groups. First group made up of people that drank one cup of coffee or less. the second group consumed one to three cups a day. the third group drank three or more cups of the java per day.

The researchers found that even the hard core coffee drinkers, drinking up to 25 cups per day, were no more likely to have stiffened arteries or heart problems than those that only consumed one cup or less.

So, drink up my fellow java junkies. Something will eventually kill you but probably won't be your coffee habit.
