Metallica Monopoly Coming Soon

Metallica has a new project in the works. A Metallica Monopoly game is coming soon! 

This is a collectors edition game and will feature cartoon versions of the group on the box. No word on what the tokens will be, or if the properties will be the traditional properties or if they're going to be renaming any of them.

This is not the first time Milton Bradley has commemorated a musical act via Monopoly. There are also Grateful Dead and Beatles versions of the game. You can buy Metallica Monopoly on the band's website store starting next week.

In other Metallica news, singer James Hetfield was recently inducted into his high school's Hall of Fame and the band is gearing up to play another Big Four Show at Yankee Stadium in September.
