Mick Jones has Undergone Heart Surgery

It has now been confirmed that Foreigner guitarist Mick Jones did in fact undergo heart surgery on Tuesday in Miami. Mick is 68 years old.

A spokeswoman for Mick released a statement saying "The circulatory system procedure was the result of blood pressure issues, and was a complete success. " That's good news! A member of Mick's management team said he should be discharged from the hospital in a couple days. They also said Jones plans to resume touring with Foreigner soon.

Foreigner is currently touring without Jones, they will be in Tucson, Arizona Thursday night.
