Midwest Winter Driving- Kind of Accurate

We have come to that time of year when we have to think about winter driving... and try and remember how to do that.

It's so strange that we live here, and this happens every year- the weather will get bad.  It will be cold.  There will be slick conditions. And people will either drive right down the middle of the road if they can't see the lines easily.  Or, they will "get up to speed, move over to the left lane and slow down to 55".  That is mentioned in this video, and it really couldn't be more accurate.
