MY JOURNEY OF CENTRAL MINNESOTA BREWERIES/DISTILLERIES
My significant other works in the beer industry, and over time, he’s helped me learn how to really taste what’s in the glass, when it comes to flavorful creations across Minnesota.
It's not just a question of “Do you like it?” You also have to ask yourself, IF and WHY you like it.

BREWERIES//DISTILLERIES IN CENTRAL MINNESOTA CAPTURE ALL OF YOUR SENSES
What hits your taste buds first? What flavors come in later? Is there a citrus note, a roasted malt, a hint of caramel, or maybe something floral?
What about the other senses? What does it smell like? Is it hazy, clear, deep amber, or pitch black? It’s been a super fun journey sampling beverages across the state whenever we travel.
