Back in January, the DNR started noticing the male and female eagles preparing the nest with new sticks and rearranging things. This generally means they are preparing to have a family on the way, and they were right! A total of 3 eggs were laid, and the 1st of them has hatch and seems to be doing great.

The MN DNR no longer has a YouTube live stream, so we can't embed the video right here, but they do have the video on their website to check out mom and baby enjoying each other.
