Survey Reveals Minnesota’s Top Popsicle Choice This Season

I really don't like to eat food when it's too hot.

However, I also don't want to eat cold food. So, I heat food up in the air fryer/oven/microwave for five minutes or whatever, then I wait another five minutes or so for it to cool down to the perfect temp. It's a process.

Being a Minnesotan means adapting to a similar process. We don't want to be too cold, so we wait for summer. But, when summer comes we are too hot. So, we hit up Dairy Queen or Mr. Twisty's or whatever other shop you may have in your area for frozen treats. We spend all spring warming up.. now we have to cool back down.

With that being said, I have always been more of an Ice Cream Truck kind of guy and I have raised my kids to be the same. Therefore I was not surprised when a recent survey revealed Minnesota's favorite popsicle, the king of them all, the Bomb Pop!

Bomb Pop was the favorite for most of the Central Time Zone in Madonna University's study, with Delaware and the District of Columbia also picking the red, white and blue classic treat.

In all, Bomb Pop took the top spot in a survey-best 15 states, followed by GoodPop, OtterPop and Outshine, respectively. Those four brands accounted for 48 of 51 first-place finishes.
