Minnesota Zoo’s Friday Wild Night Concert Series Lineup Announced
The 2024 summer is already shaping up to be one of music themed nights and weekends throughout the state. There are festivals, fairs, garden acoustic options, and so much more. Almost every weekend throughout the summer months, you will be able to find some live music somewhere.
One of the popular events is back! The Wild Nights Concert Series at the Minnesota Zoo is kicking off Friday, June 14th, and will run alternating Fridays through August 9th.
This is an event that starts at 5pm on those Friday nights, and is an 18+ event. From 5-8 you will still have access to the animal trails and habitats. From 5-9:30 you will have access to the new tree top trail and food and bar stations set up throughout the area. And from 8-10pm will be live music. One bad set up in the Amphitheater and another in the Upper Plaza Stage. Both headliners will play 2 sets. One at 8pm and another at 9:15.

Friday, June 28th - theme is Minnesota Rockin' Blues and Roots
-Church of Cash and Chastity Brown
Friday, July 12th - theme is Country Music Night at the Zoo
-Caitlyn Smith (Minnesota native) and World According to Garth
Friday, July 26th - theme is A Wild Night of Rock and Roll
-Kiss the Tiger and MallRats
Friday, August 9th -theme is Hip-Hop and Funk at the Zoo
-Nur-D and Chase & Ovation - celebrating the music of Prince
Tickets are on sale now. You can buy single tickets or there is a discounted package price too. Both of those options are available on the Zoo's website.
