Paynesville Man Hurt in Crash

PAYNESVILLE - A Paynesville man was hurt in a crash in Kandiyohi County. The Minnesota State Patrol says it happened at about 5:20 p.m. Wednesday on Highway 23 in Roseville Township, just west of Paynesville.

A vehicle driven by 59-year-old John Bills of Glendale, Arizona was going north on Roseville Road, it failed to yield and struck a vehicle going east on Highway 23.

The second vehicle was driven by 19-year-old Logan Kascht of Paynesville.

Kascht was taken to CentraCare Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Bills was not hurt.
