Eddie Vedder of Pearl Jam made a stop by The Late Show With David Letterman on Monday night.

As it turns out - I was unaware of this - both Pearl Jam and Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band have shared the same producer, Brendan O'Brien, on many albums.

During his appearance, Vedder paid tribute to E Street's sax player Clarence Clemons, whom we lost this past weekend.

Vedder played a ukulele with Clemons' name written across the front while he sang the track "Without You" from his newly released solo record, Ukulele Songs.
