I haven't been to the gym in about two-weeks, which really sucks because I normally go to the gym four days out of the week. But I finally was able to get back to the gym this past Sunday and man did I work up a sweat. Though while I was walking around, I noticed that my gym had added a few new machines and weights. And of course there was one person at one of the new (well to me they were new) machines and I don't think that's how you're suppose to use it.
