Predatory Offender Moving To St. Cloud

ST. CLOUD --The St. Cloud Police Department is warning you about a level 3 Predatory-Offender moving back into the area.

42-year-old Demetris Duncan will be residing at the Stearns County Jail, while he is on Intensive Supervised Release with the Department of Corrections. Duncan will be released from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, as part of the program.

A Community meeting was held on December 10th 2014 when he was originally released back into St. Cloud. Duncan subsequently violated his conditions of release on March 23rd 2015 and went back to prison.

The violation was due to drug related violations, involving use of controlled substances.

Duncan is not wanted by Police, and has served his initial sentence.
