Oh yes, the 90s. It was a wild and crazy time. As a 90s kid, I love grunge music. Nirvana, Alice In Chains, Soundgarden, Pearl Jam, and especially TOOL (the Undertow album pretty grungy even if the rest of their catalogue isn’t.)

Unfortunately, most of the grunge bands from back in the day have disbanded for one reason or another – meaning that in some cases, you’ll never get to see them play all of their classic tunes live.

Fortunately, there’s still a glimmer of hope for we grunge fans here in Minnesota. The “Return To Seattle” show taking place at the Le Musique Room in St. Michael will take you back to the golden era of angry rock music.

The concert is taking place on Friday, September 28th. The show will be kicking off at 8 pm and you can get a ticket online now for as cheap as $42. Personally, I’m particularly excited for this show.

I see a lot of 70s and 80s tribute groups floating around (which I love) but it seems like the 90s never get any love. I will definitely be bringing my old teenage angst with me to the Le Musique Room next month.
