We have the 2020 nominees for the Rock Hall.

This group of artists and bands is quite the diverse group.  Some of them I'm rather surprised to find that they aren't in the HOF yet, and others I'm thinking... yeah... you aren't getting in there. Although I could be totally wrong.

To be eligible, you have to have had your first album or song released commercially at least 25 years ago.

Here is the list of nominees:

  • Pat Benatar
  • Dave Matthews Band
  • Depeche Mode
  • The Doobie Brothers
  • Whitney Houston
  • Judas Priest
  • Kraftwerk
  • MC5
  • Motörhead
  • Nine Inch Nails
  • The Notorious B.I.G.
  • Rufus featuring Chaka Khan
  • Todd Rundgren
  • Soundgarden
  • T.Rex
  • Thin Lizzy

See?  Some are kind of a "duh" and others I'm thinking just "WHAT??"

Inductees — typically around a half-dozen acts make the final cut — will be announced in January, with the big induction ceremony/rock show following May 2 at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame’s Public Auditorium in Cleveland, Ohio.

Who do you think should or shouldn't make it... and who isn't on the list that should be?
