COLD SPRING -- The ROCORI School District will now offer free summer meals to all children 18 and under.

The school board approved the final touches to the program at their meeting Monday night. The program will run from June 5th until August 25th, Monday through Friday At ROCORI High School.

ROCORI Superintendent Scott Staska says, the program won't cost the district a dime.

"No cost to the district since it's a state grant program. We qualify because of our ALC in the district, which is why it's at the high school, you have to serve it out of the place that qualifies."

You won't need to pre-register, and no financial qualifications are required. The food served will be a limited version of the regular school lunch menu.

They'll serve breakfast each day from 8:30 a.m. to 9:15 a.m., and lunch from 11:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
