There are certain foods that I generally know not to microwave.  And it has nothing to do with losing nutrients, or something along those lines.  It's really because some things are just not as good if you heat them in the microwave.

There are also foods that just aren't a good idea to heat or even cook in the microwave.  Sometimes the old fashioned way is much better.  Like... a dinner roll, donut, or any sort of bread item, really.  You need to be super careful or your roll or donut or whatever it is will turn into a hockey puck.  There is a fine line between having a roll "freshened" and one that you could actually hurt someone if you threw it at them. It's like a softball.

Now, I have found 7 foods that you just shouldn't microwave for various reasons such as explosions, major clean up, or other kind of crazy things that could happen if you do microwave.  Like, take your chances if you'd like... but keep in mind, you might be sorry!
