Shaun White Got Pretty Drunk, a Black Eye and Arrested

Olympic gold-medalist Shaun White (allegedly) had quite an evening Sunday night in Nashville. He was arrested for vandalism and public intoxication after (again, allegedly, all of this) pulling a fire alarm at his hotel (the Loews Vanderbilt), which caused the evacuation of the entire building, then smashing a hotel phone. But wait, there's more ...

White then apparently tried to flee the scene, but a bystander prevented him and, one way or another, White got a black eye from the ordeal (see mug shot above).

Not long ago, White posted an apology to his Facebook page:

I want to apologize for the unwise choices I made over the weekend and for any inconvenience it caused my family, friends, business partners, the hotel and their guests. I was celebrating a happy occasion with a ton of family and friends and got carried away. I'm truly sorry for my poor behavior.
