
Six Big Brother Big Sisters Volunteers Recognized
ST. CLOUD -- Six central Minnesota volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Minnesota are being recognized.

John Hoffman, Jill Oldakowski, Alex and Brittney Schoephoerster, Bryce Sweeter and Kayla Braun were selected to receive an award for going above and beyond in their roles as mentors and their advocacy of the program.
In addition to receiving the local title, Sweeter, Braun and the Schoephoerster's were also honored with the statewide title in their respected categories.
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Minnesota currently has over 100 children waiting for a mentor.

Alex and Brittney Schoephoerster - 2022 Central Minnesota Duo of the Year, 2022 Minnesota Big Duo of the Year (mentors for 3 years)
Bryce Sweeter - 2022 Central Minnesota High School Big Brother of the Year, 2022 Minnesota State High School Big Brother of the Year (Foley High School, mentor for 3 years)
Kayla Braun - 2022 Central Minnesota High School Big Sister of the Year, 2022 Minnesota State High School Big Sister of the Year (Foley High School, mentor for 2 years)
