Springsteen, E Street Meet To Discuss Future
Steven Van Zandt, star of The Sopranos and guitarist for Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band, has told the Associated Press that the band will meet soon to discuss their future minus the late Clarence Clemons.
"The Big Man", E Street's sax man since 1972, passed away from a stroke on June 12th.
Van Zandt said the band will never be the same.
"That's a void we will never replace." he says regarding Clemons.
But he does feel there will indeed be a future for the group.
"That's what we do."
Springsteen will next perform at Sting's 60th birthday party the Beacon Theatre in New York on October 1st.
