St. Cloud Declares A Snow Emergency

ST. CLOUD -- The city of St. Cloud has declared a snow emergency.

It will be in effect starting at 12:01 a.m. Sunday.

During a snow emergency parking rules will be enforced and illegally parked vehicles will be towed.

The snow emergency will last for 72 hours unless it is rescinded early due to favorable conditions.
