Sundown Cemetery Tours Return With Stories From The Past
Fall has arrived, and as you drive through our cities and neighborhoods here in central Minnesota, you'll notice it's not too early to get in the Halloween spirit. The Stearns History Museum has an extra special way for you to celebrate this year, as they are expanding their Sundown Cemetery Tours to four special dates in October 2025.
Back by popular demand, the Stearns County Cemetery Tours will be taking place in two locations and over four different dates.
NO JUMP SCARES!
Just so you know...this isn't about jump scares. These tours are research-based walks through the final resting places of individuals from Stearns County's past. The tours each year feature people who are buried in the cemeteries you'll be visiting and are different each year. The staff takes you around the cemetery to different graves and shares the interesting details of these individuals' pasts.

There will be hot chocolate and light refreshments available before the tours start at 5 pm, which is included in the cost of your ticket.
