Saying that 2020 has been a fustercluck, as far as concerts go, would be an under statement. This year was set to be on of the biggest classic rock years for shows that I can remember.

It would be easier to list the classic rock bands that weren't planning on a tour this year that the ones that were. Hopefully, all that were cancelled or postponed will be able to reschedule next year.  Just keeping my fingers and eyes crossed that this pandemic thing is under control by then.

One show that has already been rescheduled is Styx, Cheap Trick and .38 Special. According to a press release from Lakefront Music Festival, all 3 bands have agreed to come next year, since this years festival was scrapped due to the pandemic stuff going on.

Lakefront Music Festival's press release states;

"Organizers of Lakefront Music Fest have confirmed the artists for the postponed event. Styx will headline Friday, July 9th with .38 Special and Cheap Trick on stage earlier that night. Country superstar group Lady A will headline Saturday, July 10th with Jake Owen and Noah Guthrie also performing that night. Prior to the COVID 19 pandemic, the organizers of Lakefront Music Fest were planning their annual event with one of the best lineups ever in 2020. Now fans can remain excited about the 2-day festival, just need to wait a year."

Tickets will go on sale this fall.  Let's hope next year is better than 2020.
