Minnesota ranks 4th in the United States for energy efficiency according to a recent study done by Wallethub.com. Utah is the most energy efficient followed by New York, Massachusetts, Minnesota and Rhode Island.

According to IPS Solar, their new solar community garden in St. Joseph will save its subscribers over $8,000,000 over the next 25 years.

The economists & bean counters at WalletHub.com have taken a look at which states are the best at energy efficiency; both at home and with vehicles -- and Minnesota is near the top. That's good news as old man winter lurks just around the corner.
