Join us this Wednesday night at Summertime By George to help feed our hungry neighbors -- and 'Fill The Flyer' with cash and non-perishable food items. Food shelf demand is higher in July than in any other month of the year, so lets's stock that baby up!

After spending every night last week with our friends at Metro Bus in front of different grocery stores collecting food for our area food shelf, I faced a full spectrum of humanity, attitudes, and spirit. I want to thank the kind, happy, and giving in a quick letter.

Who knows more about the power of giving than those who have been given to? Last night at the 'Fill the Flyer' food drive I was reminded that when we have the desire to help -- we can. It's easy to find reasons not to help (too busy, too tired, too this, too that). Here's a quick story about a man we met last night that wasn't 'too anything' to help.

The annual 'Fill The Flyer' Food Drive wraps up today from 10a-1p at Walmart in Sartell. Stop by and help us feed the hungry in Central Minnesota. We can't do it without you. Food collected will be distributed by the Salvation Army and Catholic Charities. Thanks in advance for your help!
