It was a great weekend of hockey almost a week ago, and St. Cloud was the Minnesota spotlight for it this year. The cleanup is finished and it's time to reflect on this amazing weekend.
The Hockey Day Minnesota weekend in St. Cloud proved to be a very popular event. Spokesman Brian Schoenborn says the mild weather brought out some huge crowds.
The Minnesota Wild, along with FOX Sports North and Minnesota Hockey, announced today that the city of Bemidji will host the 13th Annual Hockey Day Minnesota 2019.
All eyes are on St. Cloud for Hockey Day Minnesota 2018. On Friday afternoon volunteers, organizers and sponsors were able to see all their hard work come to fruition when the gates finally opened.
After the hockey games have been played on Friday night and on Saturday, you can go back to the Hockey Day Minnesota site on Sunday to watch some football.

The rink has been built and organizers are putting the finishing touches together for Hockey Day Minnesota. The two-day event runs this Friday and Saturday at Lake George in downtown St. Cloud.
