Lita Ford has always been synonymous with hard rock and metal since the very beginning, however; she has written many songs based on many of her own experiences, her release titled, "Mother", from the 2012 album, 'Living Like A Runaway' is a perfect example.
With a new album, ‘Living Like a Runaway‘, that was released today (June 19), Lita Ford is thinking of the future. However, there is one aspect of her past that she recently confronted. She ended her long-running feud with Joan Jett and Cherie Currie, with whom she was in the Runaways from 1975-1979.
With a new album, ‘Living Like a Runaway,’ hitting stores next month, this should be a very happy time for guitar hero Lita Ford. Instead, she’s dealing with a nasty divorce, claiming on a new song that her ex-husband has “brainwashed” their children and kept her from seeing them.
After a tumultuous few years that included a divorce, a cancelled reality show, and her first new music in nearly 15 years, Lita Ford is ready to continue her solo career with her eighth solo album, titled ‘Living Like a Runaway.’
