Momentum is building on a new hotel in Sartell. Mayor Ryan Fitzthum joined me on WJON. He is confident a new hotel will break ground in 2025. Fitzthum says more details are becoming available which includes drawings of what the hotel will look like. He indicates he cannot make public a brand name or specific location.

Pine Ridge Golf Course in Sartell has been under new ownership in 2024 but was operated by the existed operator through the 2024 season. Sartell Mayor Ryan Fitzthum says that will be changing in 2025.

Sartell's River Crossing development is getting close to full with 2 to 3 commercial locations still available. Sartell Mayor Ryan Fitzthum indicates Les Schwab Tires and Valvoline Oil Change are close to opening. He says the walls are up and appear on track to open soon.
