Minnesota is known for its 22,000 miles of groomed snowmobile trails, second behind only Wisconsin. But, what if you want to drive your sled in your neighborhood, or around the city you live in? Well, most cities have ordinances regulating the operation of the machines within their borders.

Mother Nature hasn't presented snowmobilers in central Minnesota with enough snow to ride the trails, but it's a different story in other parts of the state.

The varmints don't throw themselves exclusively in front of cars, because they hate anything sacred.
