A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect until 3 PM this afternoon for St. Cloud and the surrounding area -- for the likelihood of freezing rain and sleet, causing icy roads. Travel could become difficult and dangerous. The mixed precipitation is expected to exit our area this evening.
