With the way people are reacting to the Coronavirus, target has found it necessary to limit the number of some items a customer can by. Target CEO, Brian Cornell, says this will allow more customers to get the supplies they need during this outbreak.

The sign on shelves in Target read “due to high demand and to support all guests, we will be limiting the quantities of disinfectant, wipes, hand sanitizers and hand and face wipes to 6 per guest.”.

Cornell also stated that target is working at keeping the shelves stocked with cleaning supplies, medicine and items to stock pantries. There will also be extra staff for Target's Order Pickup and Drive Up services.

With the increase in cases of the Coronavirus, like Costco, Target is suspending their in store product sampling, temporarily. All surfaces, touchscreens and checkout lanes will be cleaned every 30 minutes.

Stay safe and wash your hands often.
