If you've ever lost a pet, you know how devastating it can be to your family. Having a microchip can really help in reconnecting lost pets with their loved ones.

Lucky for us, Tri-County Humane Society is holding several microchip clinics throughout the summer and into the fall, to make sure you can attend the clinic that works for you.

MICROCHIP CLINIC AT ST CLOUD CITY HALL, MAY 19TH

TCHS is partnering with the city of St. Cloud on the first clinic this year, which will be happening on Tuesday, May 19th, from 2:30 to 5:30 pm at St. Cloud City Hall, located at 1201 7th Street South. If you would like to attend this clinic, you're being asked to use the north entrance of the building and park alongside Lake George.

The cost for a microchip during these clinics is only $10 plus tax per microchip.

WHY MICROCHIP YOUR PET?

Why microchip your pet? Microchips are the only permanent form of pet identification. It is a super-small chip that is injected underneath the pet's skin.

The owner's information is on this chip, and if your pet is ever lost, someone can bring your pet to a clinic to have the chip scanned so that the family can be contacted and reconnected with their pet. Each microchip is registered during the clinic.
