I don't think there is a person alive who wouldn't admit they think about sleeping, a lot. When you're young, living a life filled with activity is at a premium, so sleep takes a back seat. But you still think about it. Parenthood sets in and all you think about, besides how to keep this living thing thriving in a less than optimum world, is- -sleep!

Our friends in morning television make a habit of getting up anywhere from 1 to 2 in the morning to get ready for their jobs! Don't let them tell you any different, sleep is the great love of their lives.

As a person who has worked every shift that exists in the working world, and for the last several decades has gotten up at 4 AM five days a week, I can tell you that I think about sleep all - of - the - time!

Now Sleep Standards an organization that prides itself on helping people achieve better sleep is offering one lucky person the opportunity to literally sleep around, and get paid $2,000 to do it. You will be sleeping in 5 different locations set up by their team, including one night in a 5-star resort!

The reason for this experiment? Sleep Standards' motto is "Better Sleep, Better Life". To that end, they test mattresses, pillows, sheets, blankets, and all sorts of sleep environments. Their scientific staff includes psychiatrists, neuroscience and psychology professionals, as well as sleep and insomnia experts.

In each of the 5 environments where you'll be sleeping, they will adjust things they think will allow you to get a better night's sleep. They'll be documenting your sleep experience with the help of a report you'll be required to write.

You'll also be asked to rate each sleeping habitat on a 1 to 10 scale. All your expenses will be taken care of in addition to your $2,000 paycheck.

You will be required to include a headshot of yourself, a link to a video of yourself explaining why you're the person they should choose, and also links to your social media stuff.

Apply on their website now and hopefully, you'll be sleeping for a living (for at least 5 days anyway) very soon!

Sweet dreams!
