Have you ever purified yourself in the waters of Lake Minnetonka? Me, neither. My mere presence there sharply diminishes property values. Perhaps a road trip to Wisconsin could do the trick!

One of Kinstone's most popular events of the year is tonight (September 16th). This gathering around the Great Stone Circle (kinda like the Upper Midwest version of Stonehenge) lets you watch the sunset while relaxing to the sounds of rare Tibetan singing bowls (provided by Temple Harmonics).

Hippies Folks are invited to bring a chair or blanket to sit on, as well as your favorite energy crystal to charge up. For an extra $5, you can participate in Chakra Grounding or a Gong Bath.

Tickets to the event are $30 online at in-person. The Full Moon Sound Bath takes place from 7pm-9pm (seating starts at 6:30pm) tonight (September 16th; if tonight is rained out the backup date is tomorrow). Kinstone is located near Fountain City, Wisconsin.

What is a Sound Bath?

A sound bath doesn't have to involve water: it's a meditative experience in which you're "bathed" in sound waves. It can help you relax. Did you blast thrash metal to help you sleep as a teenager (or still do)? That's a type of sound bath.

Most sound bathers go for less aggressive music, but you do you, boo.
