Seems strange to me now but at the time it was no big deal. My first job was at a theater in my hometown called The Broadway Theater. It was kind of a rundown theater that only ran X rated movies. The funny part is that I was only 16, the manager was 17 and you had to be 18 to get in. Every Sunday the Mayor would come to check out the movie of the week, claiming he was just making sure it was up to community standards. Kind of a joke because these movies were up to no town's community standards. Oh, and the job paid 90 cents and hour. Despite my exposure to these movies at such an early age, I believe I turned out just fine. Of course, there may be a wide range of opinions on this. What was your first job?
