Update: Mankato Sculpture Thief Turns Himself In

MANKATO (WJON News) -- Mankato says the man who stole one of the city's statues over the weekend has turned himself in.

The sculpture "Endeavor," has also been recovered.

The city says criminal charges are pending.  They say the man's name will not be released.
