What's New At US Bank Stadium's Food Stands

The NFL season has officially kicked off, and the first game was a Super Bowl rematch. The outcome was the same - Seahawks are dominating.

On to our "love to hope" and "One before I die" Minnesota Vikings. They kick off their season this coming Sunday. The game will be shown on CBS with kickoff at 3:25. I like this better than the Sunday night games. Just on too late. But the middle of the afternoon is perfect.

HEADED TO ANY OF THE GAMES THIS SEASON - TRY THESE NEW FOODS

If you are headed to US Bank Stadium for the game, you will be able to try a whole bunch of brand new foods for the new season. The stadium posted the new offerings on their social page, so you can see what they have new this season.

HERE ARE SOME OF THE HIGHLIGHTS THAT ARE OFFERED THIS SEASON

Before you scroll through this to see what they have - I will give you a few highlights. Love it or hate it, there is the new Spamdog. To be honest, I would like to try this, but I'm one of those people who will want a bite of someone elses before commiting to buying the whole dog. I know - little wussy activity there.

T-Rex cookies. That sounds interesting. And there are brownies!! They come in a few different flavors. All should be tried.

Old Southern BBQ - ummm yes, please! Or how about a cup of fruit with a spicy ring around the cup for your enjoyment. Not sure on that one.

HOW ABOUT A VIKINGS CONTAINER TO GO WITH THE FOOD

And there are several items that come in a Vikings container of some sort. So you get your choice of whatever to eat - and a collectible to keep for later. Do we actually NEED that? Probably not, but it's still fun.
