ValleyScare Opens this Weekend & Runs Through Halloween
If you are into this sort of thing - this is your sign that all things Halloween are going to start popping up all over the state.
LOTS OF HALLOWEEN EVENTS WILL BE POPPING UP ALL OVER
This time, we are talking about ValleyScare - this is what Valleyfair turns into at night at this time of year. And if this is the kind of fun that you enjoy around Halloween - youi might want to make plans to attend this event at some point within the next few weeks.
ValleyScare is the first one to open this month, but many other events that are Halloween related will be opening within the next two weeks as we head into October. And on that - can you believe that it is already just about October??
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM VALLEYSCARE
Anyhoo, here are the details on ValleyScare if you are interested in checking it out.
ValleyScare runs on Friday and Saturday nights beginning this Saturday and after that, will include Friday nights through October 31st, Halloween.
TICKETS ARE ON SALE NOW FOR EITHER EVENT AT THE PARK
Tickets are on sale now, and you can choose to get a Valleyfair/ValleyScare combo ticket. Or you can choose to just get the ValleyScare ticket which is about $30 less than the combo ticket.
Here is what is included in the ValleyScare ticket:
- Haunted Mazes are included with ValleyScare admission
- Scare Zones throughout the park
- Halloween-themed live entertainment
- Rides operating in the dark
- Specialty food and beverage offerings
- Photo opportunities and roaming monster
Valleyfair/ValleyScare tickets are $74.99 per person. If you choose just the ValleyScare ticket that one will run you $49.99 per person. Please note that if you buy your tickets at the gate, the price is higher than this. So the recommendation is that youi buy your tickets in advance, online.
If you are interested in the event that is more family friendly, there is that option too. There is the Tricks and Treats event and you can get a ticket that is just for that. This event happens earlier in the evening and is very kid oriented.
These tickets are $37.99 per person and again, you save when youi buy in advance and online. Admission goes up in price at the gate.
YOU CAN JUST GET A VALLEYFAIR TICKET FOR THIS WEEKEND ONLY
If you are curious about admission to just Valleyfair without the combo ticket to ValleyScare, those tickets are priced at $29.99. This does not include any of the Halloween events at the park. And those tickets are only available for this weekend.
