VIDEO: Honest Opinions Regarding People/Situations in MN

Well, this is kind of funny, and not at all a surprise.  At least not a surprise to most of us who have lived in Minnesota for all or most of our lives.

And where do you go to find people who live in Minnesota who will give their honest, and unadulterated opinion on almost anything?  You go to either a bar, or maybe a beer festival.  Add some liquid courage, and people will generally give you their honest opinion, plus some, whether you asked for it or not.

In this case, the Minute Tours Guy did the work at a beer festival, and found some answers and opinions from some of the people regarding things and situations in Minnesota.  One guy was from St. Cloud, and he REALLY had a hot take, and one that I tend to 100% agree with.

What is your hottest Minnesota take? I'm the One Minute Tours guy, and I asked some MN folks. Their answers were incendiary.

Some of the highlights from this video that was posted on Reddit, include the hot take that Minnesota Nice is really Minnesota Passive Aggressive.  I do agree with this.

-The Ren Fest is much better than the State Fair, mostly because of cost. -St. Cloud has the worst drivers.  Uhhh yeah! 

Also - people do not seem to know how to Zipper Merge.  Nope!  And - why do people slow down on the on ramps?  You're supposed to speed up so you can merge into the traffic.  Not let everyone go in front of you before you can get in, it's not a stop sign!  The only time that you should be looking and allowing people to go ahead of you is when it's a Yield sign, not a Merge sign.

-Sweet Martha Cookies are trash.  They are only good because they are warm.

-Prince is overrated.  Also said by some dude who has never seen the movie Purple Rain.

-It is Tator Tot Casserole, not hot dish. (kind of agree with this one too) -SKOL chant has been stolen and therefore trash.

-Matt's Bar has Lucy's that are not great.  In fact, they are kind of small.  Not a big hunk of meat like they should be, apparently.

What else would you add to this video?  I think it's pretty accurate.  At least that's my "hot take".
