Former Motley Crue singer charged in poking incident, and it had nothing to do with sex or Facebook. 

Vince Neil is in trouble in Las Vegas again.

He was charged earlier this week with battery and disorderly conduct stemming from an incident late last month with his ex-girlfriend Alicia Jacobs.

She alleges that he confronted her at the Las Vegas Hilton and screamed obscenities at her and then poked her in the shoulder and left a bruise. The couple had broken up just two weeks prior to the incident. Neil is planning to plead not guilty in the matter.

You may remember he just got out of jail for a DUI citation he received last summer.
