The Minnesota Wild beat the Carolina Hurricanes 3-1 Sunday night in a preseason game at Xcel Energy Center. The Wild are now 2-1 in the exhibition season.

Charlie Coyle, Jason Zucker and Eric Staal each scored goals in the win for Minnesota, while Devan Dubnyk made 16 saves to earn the victory in goal. The Wild were 0-5 on the power play and allowed one goal on the penalty kill in five chances.

The Wild play at Colorado Tuesday night at 8 p.m. The game can be heard on AM 1390 KXSS, beginning with the pregame show beginning at 7:45.
