Just imagine, you are out boating on the lake on a beautiful day. Sooner or later you are going to get hungry. But do you want to go to all the trouble of docking the boat and head into a restaurant?  No, of course not. You want to stay out on the water and enjoy as much of the day as you can, right?

Well, this could be the answer to your dilemma. There's a 22 year old guy named Dylan Dierking that has started a business on White Bear lake. He will take your food order and deliver restaurant meals right out to your boat via Jet Ski. He's named his business Foodski.

“I've always wanted to come up with an idea that people are like ‘Wow, I wish I would have thought of that,’” Dylan says.

Dylan got a lot of encouragement from White Bear lake dining establishments. “Who doesn’t want to drive a jet ski around for living,” says Dylan.

Dylan is no stranger to being an entrepreneur. At 19 he started a clothing line and ended up with a full scholarship at Schulze School of Entrepreneurship at University of St. Thomas.

He charges 25% of your food bill with a $10 minimum. Which I'm sure no one minds shelling out if they can stay on the water to enjoy their meal.

Dylan has plans to expand to lake Minnetonka and the St Croix River and probably a few more destinations.
