No this is not a KISS album, it's Steve Miller depicting The Joker on his eighth studio album from 1973.
The swing for The Steve Miller band made a move toward more of a blues rock style versus the previous progressive rock sound due in part it was more radio friendly and it was more successful commercially.
The Joker charted at #2 on the album charts where as their previous albums couldn't even squeeze in the Top 20. The title track,"The Joker" alone charted at #1.
