Getting enough sleep is a tricky thing. Some people are night people and some are morning people. I happen to be a night person. I can't seem to go to bed early and get a solid 8 hours of sleep. What complicates things is that I have to be up by 4 AM to do a morning show.

So, I sleep in shifts. 3 hours in the afternoon and 4 hours at night. This allows me to stay up late at night and still get almost enough sleep.
