A Bingo Game With A Nice “Purse” Coming to Waite Park Saturday

It sure has been cold the last few weeks, and finally there’s a reprieve coming our way this weekend. Saturday’s forecast looks like we’ll be in the mid 30’s and close to if not exceeding 40 on Sunday.

I can only imagine how people are going to try to get outside after being forced inside most of the time the last few weeks. 

If you’re looking for something to do on Saturday this could be exactly what you’re looking for. It’s “Designer Bag Bingo” at Backshed Brewing on Sundial Drive in Waite Park. Here’s what you need to know. 

This event will be held by “We Daub This Bingo” and starts at 5pm and is $35 for 20 games of bingo.  But each card has three faces meaning you could have 60 total chances to win.  

You’ve got to be at least 18 to enter and play. Seating will be limited so you are encouraged to be there early. You can start buying your bingo packets at 4pm.  

This is a cash only event, so make sure you get change before you get there.  

In addition to the chance to win a new purse from a leading designer, there will also be a 50/50 drawing that you can buy tickets for as well. 

Bring your own dauber, you know your own marker to use on your bingo card, or you can buy one there for two bucks.  

If the time frame for the designer purse bingo doesn’t work for you, or you’d just rather play for cash, there will be a game that starts at 1:30 at Backshed Brewing.
