Once again, we had the great pleasure of talking to Kate from Tri County Humane Society this morning on the morning show.  Kate does a great job of finding homes and families for the pets in her care.

Although, and it's a good thing, they are kind of low on adoptable pets there are still some available. Dog? Cat? Critter? Bird? What ever you are looking for as a pet, Tri County Humane Society might just be able to help.

Say hello to Arya aka Peanut! Came to TCHS due to her previous owners no longer being able to care for her. Was described as a very sweet and loving cat. Has done well around other cats previously but may take some time to acclimate to new feline friends . Has done well with children in the past.

Has not had the chance to meet dogs. All introductions to children and resident animals should be slow and proper. She is a cuddly older lady who would love a nice quiet home to settle into. Is missing some of her teeth but eats dry food just fine, and enjoys the occasional wet food treat.

Still has her spunk and enjoys playing with her people. Not super vocal, but has the cutest squeak for a meow. Could Arya be your new bestfriend?
