There have been so many concerts and shows that have been routed through Minnesota this past year.  So many, that if youi love going to concerts, you probably had to pick and choose which ones to go to because of cost.  Then, when you do pay some big price, and they wind up not playing the song that you wanted to hear because of whatever reason.  Usually it's because they have new music out and they want to push that and/or their latest album.  Something along those lines.

HOW WOULD YOU LIKE TO GO TO A SHOW THAT'S ALL REQUEST

This time, Brandi Carlile, who has shown to be really popular in this area, is coming to Minneapolis for a fan-requested set list show.  Like there is absolutely no plan for this  show as far as music goes.  The tour is literally called "Burn the Setlist! All Request Tour".  And the tour is making a stop at the State Theatre in Minneapolis for two nights, November 17th and 18th.

Carlile isn't coming alone, either.  She is bringing along her long time collaborators, identical twins Tim and Phil Hanseroth.  By the way, Phil is also her brother in law, great to keep these things within the family.  Also - there will be a strict no phone policy.  So, everyone will be present instead of trying to get pictures and/or videos throughout the evening.

From Bring Me the News:

Carlile last performed in Minneapolis on Feb. 21 when “The Human Tour” stopped at the Target Center for a special livestreamed show that raised over $750,000 for the Minnesota-based legal aid organization, Advocates for Human Rights, during Operation Metro Surge.

CONCERTS ARE ALWAYS VERY FAN FRIENDLY

If you haven't been to a Brandi Carlile show, she is very interactive with the audience and genuinely looks to be having the time of her life while perfoming.  It's always a better show when the artist actually looks like they are having a good time, and it's not just a "job".  And a way to make money.  She loves to make her audience happy, hence the "all request" tour.  Let the fans make the set list.  And it will be happening in real time.
