Cheap Trick Will Perform At The Minnesota State Fair
Unfortunately, the days of rock bands being the focal point of modern entertainment are pretty much over. Back in the day, rock bands were everywhere. One of the most underrated bands of old, undeniably, is Cheap Trick.
Robin Zander's powerful vocals and Rick Nielson's playful, energetic guitar playing made for a one of a kind combination. Like any band, they've had their fair share of ups and downs over the years, but they’re finally back on the road again. They've actually done a pretty solid job of consistently releasing new music over the past few years, plus they're still touring, which is rare for a band that's been around as long as they have.
Cheap Trick will be coming to Minnesota, performing at the Grand Stand Stage at this year's Minnesota State Fair (in Falcon Heights) as ZZ Top's special guests. Doors open at 6 pm with the show kicking off at 7 pm. Tickets are available online right now for as cheap as $39.
