Chipotle.  Some people absolutely love their food and others say that they are too commercialized.  Personally, I like Chipotle.  Sometimes their chips are too salty, but other than that - good!!

Chipotle has several restaurant locations in Minnesota and now they are about to add two more which will bring their total Minnesota locations to 84.

Chipotle opened two new locations just last month.  Dinkytown and a location in Eden Prairie just opened in November.  Now, there are going to be two more - one very close to St. Cloud.  The two new locations announced are in Maple Grove and Monticello!

According to Bring Me the News, this is the third location in the Maple Grove area, and the first one to feature the drive through "Chipotlane".

The Maple Grove location had been in development talks for over a year, with the new building off Country Road 101 and Country Road 10 opening on Wednesday, and featuring a drive-through "Chipotlane."

The location in Monticello will be the first one in that area.  The opening is slated to be still in December.  So they have a couple of weeks.  The Monticello location will also have the drive through feature.

If you are interested in working at Chipotle, the soon-to-be Monticello location is currently hiring.  The hours aren't too bad, either.  Chipotle is usually open from 10:45am to 10pm daily.

If you are interested in a career at Chipotle, they have a mission statement that could be helpful.
