Crossroads Mall Opens Today With Restrictions
Today is May 18th, and as of today, businesses can once again reopen after the "stay at Home" order is lifted. Minnesota is now under "stay safe" order.
Not all Minnesota malls are reopening today. The Mall of America will remain closed until June 1. Rosedale and Ridgedale Malls in the metro area will reopen today, as will Crossroads Mall in St. Cloud. But, with that said, there will be some restrictions.
Rosedale and Ridgedale will use one main entrance, and will encourage patrons to wear masks. There will also be hand sanitizers placed around the mall, as well as regular cleaning throughout the day. These changes will also be implemented at Crossroads. Right now, the play areas will remain closed, and the stroller rentals will also remain unavailable. The food court will also remain closed, although the food vendors can choose to open for to-go orders only- there will be no seating areas available. There are also limited stores that will be reopening. For the compete list of what's open and what will remain closed, and for the safety precautions that are being taken, you can visit Crossroads website. This will be updated as they open, beginning today at 11am.
They will also have limited hours. Monday through Saturday from 11am to 7pm and Sunday from Noon to 6pm. The doors will also be open one hour prior to the actual opening for walkers. Please keep your social distance protocols in place.
Stay Safe, Minnesota.
